Service Technician

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Technicians are responsible for executing the actual service provided by a company. This is usually through manual labor or tradecraft.  Service Technicians usually are assigned territory or list of clients and are responsible for resolving an issue these clients have while providing them with the best customer experience possible.

 

  • Perform and complete inspections per customer demand and field requirements
  • Travel to customer location as needed to perform troubleshooting and repairs
  • Professionally handle all customer situations while presenting the company as an industry leader in product and service
  • Professionally handle all customer situations while presenting the company as an industry leader in product and service
  • Complete reporting for customer and employer including service reports, time cards, expense reports, billing, invoicing, and more.

Experience and Qualifications

 

Experience

Minimum one year of relevant experience depending or equivalent education

Driver's License

Valid Driver’s Licence required

Degree or Certification

Certificate or degree not needed for all roles
