The Bridge Team Is Here to Help

As we continue to move through these very difficult times, we wanted to take a moment to reiterate the Bridge team is here for you.

Over the past few weeks, we have implemented our Business Continuity Plan to ensure the quality of our services and breadth of support you and your business have come to expect from Bridge will not falter. We are 100% operational and ready to assist.

  • Our recruiters, as well as other members of our office staff, are working remotely and, as always, will be available during normal business hours to support you and your organization.
  • To ensure our field employees on assignment feel supported, we have added additional check-in calls as well as increased the channels of communication available to our field employees.
  • Our candidate screening process will continue to be highly in-depth as we shift to conducting our normal face-to-face interviews to a virtual interview space via video conferencing programs.
  • All members of our staff have been educated on social distancing best practices and have been encouraged to implement these techniques throughout the day, as they continue to work remotely.

Despite the numerous unknowns throughout the next few weeks, we are confident the strength, compassion, and resilience of the human spirit will prevail. We, as a community, nation, and globe will get through this together.

If there is anything we can do to assist, please don’t hesitate to contact us. All of our team members are more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

Be well and stay safe,

Trey Smith

We would like to send a huge thank you to all healthcare, grocery store, supply chain, first responders retail workers, and others on the frontlines.

Your dedication, selflessness and persistence during this time is inspiring.

Thank you for being our light during darkness. We see you. We appreciate you. We are eternally grateful to you!
