Our Temp-to-Hire or Long-Term Contingent Staffing Solution gives you the power to interview Bridge candidates and choose to hire only those you feel would be best for your organization. In this model, the talent begins employment as a Bridge employee and is assigned to work in your organization.

Bridge employees are paid weekly, and we cover all the employer costs including employee benefits, payroll and employer share of payroll taxes, state unemployment insurance, comprehensive Insurance (workers comp, temp errors and omissions, fidelity bonding, general liability, umbrella liability, and non-owned automobile coverage). You are only billed for the hours our employee works and can convert them to an FTE when you are ready.

Whether you have multiple positions with a rapidly approaching start date, need to augment your current staff for an indefinite length of time, or simply have one position to fill, this staffing solution allows you to have the individual work in your environment before committing to hiring them permanently.
