ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pharmacy Technicians assist in the process of entering prescription orders and working through verification procedures.
- Perform outbound calls to customers regarding unfilled prescriptions
- Handle a variety of routine and complex customer inquiries
- Deliver the highest quality customer service in a fast-paced pharmacy call center, with responsiveness, reliability, confidence, empathy and professional impact in every customer interaction
- Assist the pharmacist in filling prescriptions and day-to-day operations
- Verify insurance coverage and patient information in internal systems

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
Internship in a pharmacy or 4-year degree
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent plus a State Pharmacy Technician License or National Certification
