ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Loan Processors are responsible for accurately managing and reviewing all loan documentation. Processors often serve as the primary contact of the financial institution and bank and will also facilitate the transfer of files between underwriting the closing departments.
- Communicates with each borrower while the file is in process.
- Act as main point of contact for the banker.
- Works to obtain approvals from the underwriter.
- Works to obtain all conditions from each borrower.

Experience

2 years of loan processing experience including FHA loan processing
