ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A Customer Accounts Representative makes outbound calls and negotiates payment arrangements with customers with past due balances on consumer loans or leases. A Customer Accounts Representative will also:
- Communicate with customers regarding their accounts
- Call customers that are behind on paying on their account balance
- Communicate options with customers to bring the account current
- Obtain payment with debit cards or checking information
- Document conversation in computer system

Experience
Months
6 months Call Center or Customer Service experience preferred, or a 4-year college degree
High School Diploma
High School Diploma or equivalent - 4 Year degree strongly preferred
